We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented, self-motivated Painter. The Painter refinishes damaged vehicle bodies and parts.

Other duties include:

• Removing rust, grease, and dirt from work surface.
• Filling cavities and dents with putty to attain smooth surface.
• Mixing paint according to specifications.
• Selecting and mixing coating liquid to produce desired color.
• Painting surface using sprayer or brush as appropriate.
• Inspecting painted units for quality of workmanship, noting any runs, sags, and unpainted areas.
• Maintaining tools and keeping equipment clean.
• Maintaining an accurate paint and material inventory.
• Maintaining and wearing all required safety and health personal protective equipment.
• Working as part of a team and collaborating with colleagues.
• Maintaining a professional appearance.
• Maintaining a clean, professional, and safe work environment.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Pay starts at $72,000 a year.

Qualifications:

• A good eye for detail and color is necessary.
