Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Welder / Fabricator located in Tulsa, OK. This position is fabrication-focused and involves building and modifying steel components for work trucks, trailers, and specialty equipment.

The role primarily involves MIG and flux-core welding on mild and structural steel, along with layout, fitting, and assembly of fabricated components. Daily work includes reading prints, preparing materials, welding structural assemblies, and supporting equipment installations. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality and craftsmanship matter.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding and flux-core welding (primary processes)
• Strong fabrication skills including fitting, layout, and assembly
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Experience welding mild and structural steel
• Understanding of safe welding practices and shop safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work on-site in a team-oriented fabrication environment
• Experience in truck equipment, heavy equipment, or industrial fabrication is a plus
