Whatwill your day to day look like?
You ll be responsible for the oversight and management of the coil shop employees. An average day will look like this:
- Enforcing safety programs and policies
- Reporting injuries and correcting hazards
- Attending leadership and safety training
- Advising maintenance of equipment or building repairs needed
- Conducting regular performance reviews
- Overseeing employee training programs for new hires
- Running coil plant operations within the budgeted labour standards
- Have OSHA 10-hour certification
- Have a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
