Pay: $25–$29/hr DOE + $1/hr Shift Differential (2nd Shift)

Training (Day Shift): Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
After Training (2nd Shift): Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Job OverviewWe are hiring TIG Welders (Levels 1–3) to weld thin gauge Aluminum and Inconel components in a production environment. The Aluminum TIG Welder will be hired at the appropriate level based on experience and weld test results. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read prints, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Level 1: Minimum 1 year TIG welding experience
Level 2: 2–5 years TIG welding experience (thin gauge Aluminum/Inconel)
Level 3: 5+ years TIG welding experience
, including heat exchangers and/or precoolers
- Pass a 2G and 3G TIG weld test on thin gauge Aluminum and/or Inconel (2 metal group)
- Set up TIG torch and welding machines for AC and/or DC welding
- Fit Aluminum and/or Inconel components to a weld gap of .025 or less
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
- Determine proper welding equipment and methods based on job requirements
- Set up components for welding according to specifications
- Operate angle grinders and other tools to prep materials
- Align and clamp components using calipers, rulers, and squares
- TIG weld in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions
- Pressure test and inspect welds for defects
- Maintain welding equipment to ensure safe operation
- Follow all safety standards and wear required PPE
