Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pro Recruiters is seeking a Manufacturing Scheduling & Customer Liaison to support our manufacturing operations by managing production schedules, coordinating materials, and serving as a key liaison between internal teams and customers. This role works closely with management, engineering, production, quality, and shipping to ensure production goals are met efficiently and customer commitments are delivered on time.
Job Description:
- Create, manage, and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, production, quality, and shipping teams to align schedules and priorities.
- Monitor material availability and movement throughout the production cycle.
- Communicate timely and accurate production status updates to customers.
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks and proactively recommend solutions.
- Optimize scheduling of manufacturing processes and resources to improve efficiency while maintaining quality and cost targets.
- Maintain accurate records using ERP systems and Excel-based tools.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to scheduling and production flow.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with manufacturing workflows and production processes.
- Ability to work effectively with both management and production floor employees.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to move throughout the facility, including stairs.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
