• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and part specifications
• Inspecting machined parts and components using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges
• Verifying first‑article inspections against blueprint and job specifications
• Operating inspection and testing equipment, including harness testers, digital height gauges, and surface testers
• Documenting nonconforming parts and maintaining accurate quality records
• Partnering with engineers, machinists, and cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement and resolve quality issues
• Helping uphold McElroy’s reputation for delivering reliable, high‑quality products

• Admiral Facility – Component production
• Fulton & Broken Arrow Facilities – Component production, Final assembly, and shipping
• Mingo Facility – Large‑diameter product assembly and shipping

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to read micrometers and calipers to .001‑inch accuracy
• Experience analyzing and comparing measurements to blueprints and job specifications
• Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings
• Effective verbal communication skills
