Bama's schedule requires team members to be present for daily meetings 1st Shift (6:45), 2nd Shift (2:45), 3rd Shift (10:45).

Operate and monitor automated production equipment to manufacture bakery products in a fast-paced environment. Ensure products meet quality standards and maintain safety and sanitation requirements. Follow established procedures and equipment instructions. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area and document relevant production data as required.
QualificationsTo thrive as a Production Operator at Bama Companies in Tulsa, OK, you'll need a high school diploma or GED and a valid food handler's card from the Tulsa Health Department. You must meet the physical demands of the role, which may include standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a fast-paced production environment.
