Seeking a skilled Manual Machinist. This position involves operating manual mills and lathes to produce precision components. The ideal candidate will be experienced in manual machining and dedicated to producing high-quality, tight‑tolerance parts in a safety‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate manual mills and lathes to manufacture components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers.
• Perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify part accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Troubleshoot issues with machines and processes as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with manual milling and lathe operations.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and using precision measurement tools.
• Knowledge of speeds, feeds, tooling, and material properties.
• Prior experience in high‑precision environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
