Salary: $18.60 per hour + shift differential

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (+$1.50 2nd shift differential)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (+$2.50 3rd shift differential)

Bama’s schedule requires team members to be present for daily meetings: 1st Shift 6:45 AM, 2nd Shift 2:45 PM, 3rd Shift 10:45 PM.

To thrive as a Production Operator at Bama Companies in Tulsa, OK, you’ll need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• A valid food handler’s card from the Tulsa Health Department
• The ability to meet the physical demands of the role (standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a fast-paced production environment)
• Attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions carefully
