Shipping Specialist

WhatYou’ll Do
- Package, label, and ship products with precision and care.
- Prepare bills of lading and verify shipments against packing slips to ensure correct quantities, destinations, and routing.
- Operate a forklift to safely load and unload shipments.
- Record shipment data—weights, charges, space availability, and discrepancies—for accurate reporting.
- Maintain inventory integrity and support smooth warehouse operations.
- Promote good housekeeping practices and support OSHA and environmental compliance.
- Take on additional duties as needed to support the team.
- Experience in packing, picking, shipping, and receiving.
- Ability to verify and maintain accurate shipment records.
- Strong data entry skills and experience preparing bills of lading.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Skills & Qualifications
- Forklift experience or willingness to complete training.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency;
Microsoft Office experience preferred. - Experience with UPS Worldship and/or Clippership is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.

- Standard schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. - After direct hire: transition to a four‑day, 10‑hour schedule (5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.) with either Monday or Friday off

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
