Pay: $15.00–$16.00/hour
Location: Tulsa, OK
Hours: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM–3:00 PM (Some Fridays Required)

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Shop Helper to support daily fabrication operations in a busy Tulsa facility. The Shop Helper will assist with material handling, rigging, crane operation, and general shop support to keep production running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate overhead cranes and rigging equipment to move steel plates, beams, and fabricated parts
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging materials
- Perform forklift operations and general material-handling duties
- Support machine operators with part loading, unloading, and basic shop tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Experience in a shop or fabrication environment preferred
- Ability to safely operate overhead cranes and rigging equipment
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting
