Job Title: CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for the production of high-precision parts. You will read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to ensure accurate machining. The role involves editing and troubleshooting G‑code programs, performing tool changes, and making adjustments to maintain part quality. You will also inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools and maintain tight tolerances as specified.

You will read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to ensure accurate machining. The role involves editing and troubleshooting G‑code programs, performing tool changes, and making adjustments to maintain part quality. You will also inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools and maintain tight tolerances as specified.

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce high-precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.
• Edit and troubleshoot G‑code programs for efficient machining.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain part quality.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Maintain tight tolerances and surface finishes as required by specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and conduct routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

• 3+ years of experience operating CNC mills and lathes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings.

• Proficiency with CNC programming, particularly G‑code.
• Experience with both CNC mills and lathes is a plus.
• Troubleshooting skills and ability to adjust equipment as needed.

The position is based in a climate‑controlled shop that is open from 6 am to 5 pm. Employees have the flexibility to create their own schedule as long as they work 8‑hour shifts. The workspace is designed to be clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $26.00/hr.
