Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance the efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and safety of production systems. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, working on continuous improvement projects, and implementing advanced engineering solutions to meet production goals.

Education and/or Experience- Direct manufacturing engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Lean principle and skill certificate (e.g., Six Sigma green belt / black belt) is preferred
- Product, Equipment and Building Drawing Interpretation and plan reading ability
- Project management ability
- Financial feasibility analysis ability
- Excel and pivot table experience is required
