Vertical Lathe Machinist (2nd Shift)
We are looking for a skilled Vertical Lathe Machinist to join our team on second shift. In this role, you will set up, edit, and operate Vertical Lathe machines with precision and efficiency. You’ll work from blueprints or engineering drawings to ensure accurate layouts and measurements.
Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, edit, and operate Vertical Lathe machines
Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to prepare parts and layouts
Perform precision measuring to maintain accuracy throughout machining processes
Significant pay increase after going direct at four months
Double time pay after 50 hours and on Sundays
Comprehensive benefits including United Health Care, 401k match up to 5%, and profit-sharing
Paid time off: two weeks initially, three weeks after five years, and four weeks after ten years
Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Initial training on day shift for a couple of weeks
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
