Assembler – Senior

Assembly Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsible for assembling industrial equipment and components with minimal supervision while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Follow all HSE guidelines and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Assemble major components using schematic diagrams and general arrangement drawings.
• Operate hoists, cranes, and lifting equipment; perform rigging tasks.
• Utilize hand and power tools; capable of tack welding and pressure testing.
• Complete safety, production, and quality documentation accurately.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Train other employees and assist in developing improved work processes.

• 2+ years in a manufacturing or assembly environment. (Big Assembly exp)
• Ability to read schematics, P&, and use measuring tools.
• Forklift certification required; knowledge of man lift operation preferred.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and PPE compliance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  , work at heights, and in varying weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training a plus.
