As the Production Shift Manager you will have natural leadership to engage your team members and colleagues. Your leadership and food production experience will be used to continually improve processes, techniques, and systems.

Whilst you don’t need to be the next Steve Jobs or Bill Gates; you do need to be tech-savvy enough and comfortable using ERP software, OEE and productivity systems as well digital reporting systems. In the absence of the plant manager you will also be the most senior employee onsite. You will be expected to provide solutions and not excuses.
