• Lead industrial recruiting and delivery performance across Oklahoma
• Build and coach a high-output recruiting team
• Drive fill ratio, time-to-fill, and weekly starts
• Implement disciplined recruiting workflows and KPIs
• Partner closely with sales leadership on requisition prioritization
• Monitor spread and gross margin performance
• Improve contractor experience and retention

• Predictable weekly starts
• Improved fill ratios
• Higher recruiter productivity
• Strong client satisfaction

• 7+ years in staffing (industrial, light industrial, or skilled trades strongly preferred)
• Experience leading recruiters and delivery teams
• Strong understanding of staffing KPIs
• Proven success in fast-paced staffing environments
• Ability to support regional operations within Oklahoma

• Branch or P&L leadership experience
• Multi-location staffing experience
