District Sales Manager

Position Overview

District Sales Manager (DSM) reporting to the General Sales Manager, responsible for leading a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) to manage in‑store execution for essential customers.

• Lead and coach a team of Account Sales Managers.
• Drive sales volume and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure effective in‑store execution for a selected group of essential customers.
• Coach and develop team members for continuous improvement.

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License.
• DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage.

• Travel 0‑10%.
• Permanent position.
