Construction Manager, Quick Serve Restaurants

Sevan Multi‑Site Solutions, a veteran‑owned business, is looking for a Construction Manager, Quick Serve Restaurants to manage multi‑site program delivery for fast‑food and quick‑serve restaurant clients.

This position is remote with 40‑60% travel to project locations across Kansas, Oklahoma, and western Arkansas. Multi‑shift work may be required to meet aggressive on‑site schedules.

• Directs and coordinates the activities of field and vendor project team to ensure construction project progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Examines construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and scopes to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Reviews bid results, specifications, test and progress reports, and other project information necessary to gain complete familiarity with the project.
• Confirms and verifies permitting requirements related to the project or program.
• Directly manages and monitors project work in the field.
• Diligently manages change orders to projects.
• Prepares and provides weekly status reports for projects.
• Proactively communicates project related issues directly with internal Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or Operations Director.
• Follows established standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
• Proactively identifies and solves or elevates project issues related to cost, schedule, safety, or quality.
• Represents Sevan and may lead in client update meetings.
• Develops and maintains relationships with clients, potential clients, subcontractors and vendors to help develop new opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited construction related program or equivalent; or
• 5‑10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated skills in commercial multi‑site program management.
• Experience in multi‑site, roll‑out projects, highly preferred.
• Resides locally in SE Kansas or Tulsa, OK area.
• Ability to travel on an as needed basis (40‑60%) regionally across Kansas, Oklahoma, and western Arkansas.
• 5+ years experience building and/or managing programs for restaurant, fast food, quick serve commercial projects.
• Proficient with construction technologies such as Procore, Smartsheet, Builder Trend, and others.

The anticipated compensation range for the position is $115,000‑$125,000, based on a full‑time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate with individual education, qualifications, and experience.
