Job Title: Lead LD Manager
Department: Learning Disability Services
Salary: £38k per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Reports to: Senior Manager, LD Services
Responsible for: Adult and CAYPS Service Managers, Team Leaders and Client Services
- To ensure the implementation of quality control and compliance systems which fit with the Burton Street Foundations vision, values, policies and procedures.
- To ensure compliance, across the Burton Street Foundations services, with regulatory requirements.
- To provide first-line leadership and management for Burton Street Foundation’s Learning Disabilities Services.
- To promote organisational growth through ensuring that Burton Street Foundation’s Learning Disabilities Services provide excellent outcomes for adults/children and young people with a focus on continuously improving the service design and delivery.
