MOD – Manager‑on‑Deck (MOD) – Earn up to $100,000 per yearManager‑on‑Deck (MOD) is a leadership development role. As MOD, you’ll master store operations and prepare for a future leadership position. Under the guidance of mentors, you’ll develop skills in people management, financial performance, operations, and customer service.

You’ll learn every aspect of store operations to prepare for a leadership role. You’ll master skills in people management, financial performance, operations, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- People – Set clear expectations and communicate regularly with employees about goals, training, and customer service. Hold team members accountable through coaching and support. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Recruit, interview, and hire new employees as needed. Conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Financials – Analyze business trends and develop action plans to meet or exceed sales and profit targets. Share financial goals and results with the team during meetings. Review invoices and reports to find opportunities for growth. Maintain tight controls over assets and cash handling.
- Facilities – Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment – front and back. Ensure all equipment is in good working order and request maintenance as needed. Oversee proper return of unused parts and credits.
- 2+ years of management experience or equivalent in the automotive industry.
- Strong ability to coach and develop teams.
- Proven success meeting sales and profit goals.
- Previous automotive experience (technician or similar role preferred).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work 5+ days per week, including Saturdays (never Sundays).
