Role OverviewAs an Executive Administrative Program Manager, you will manage program operations and customer relations for the Executive Administrative Coordinator (EAC) Team. You’ll develop and implement strategic plans, build stakeholder relationships, and monitor financial and operational performance.
The opportunityYour key responsibilities include:
- Promote an understanding of ESS goals and secure support to achieve business unit objectives.
- Solicit feedback from customers to evaluate and coach executive assistants.
- Initiate business development discussions with existing customers.
- Partner with groups within the matrix organization to align people and processes.
- Educate colleagues and customers on how their work contributes to the firm’s strategic priorities.
- Manage workflow and negotiate assignments for executive assistants.
- Identify and assess risk and develop timely resolutions.
- Reduce barriers to change when implementing initiatives.
- Indigo knowledge transfer within the team.
- Create full project plans, set objectives, milestones, and priorities.
- Address potential project issues to prioritize resources, timing, quality, scope, and risk.
- Coordinate and assist with budget planning within approved limits.
- Analyze data to inform decisions on support сердце services and effectiveness.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Typically 11–15 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years managing people.
- BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
- In‑office presence as needed to meet with teams and customers.

- Flexibility to work outside core hours.
- Enterprise‑wide program development and implementation.
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Salary ranges for all geographic locations in the US: $120,000 – $231,000. In high‑cost areas such as New York, Washington, and California (excluding Sacramento), the range is $144,000 – $262,500. Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off options.
We operate a flexible vacation policy and a hybrid work model, with most people in external, client‑serving roles working together in person 40–60% of the time over an engagement or project.
