The Manager in Training (MIT) program is designed to teach every segment of our business and culture. Upon successful completion, the candidate will have the opportunity to run their own branch.

• Leadership Training

• Preferably a 4‑year BS in Marketing/Sales or Business Degree
• Two years of industry or industry‑related experience in building materials
• Two years of work experience (preferably in management)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Entrepreneurial spirit; self‑motivated and enthusiastic about our business
• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ethical and honest
• Dependable with a current state‑issued driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
• Legally entitled to work in the United States
• Able to pass a company‑required drug test
• Proficient reading, speaking, and writing in English to communicate with vendors, customers, and branch employees
