Job Summary h3>

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our Filtrex team in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment. This role is critical to the successful execution of projects that directly support our partners and clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while responding to time‑sensitive and occasionally emergency situations. This position requires flexibility, including occasional weekend availability, and close collaboration with internal service departments, external partners, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all phases of project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Track project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Monitor progress, measure performance, and provide regular status reporting
  • Respond to urgent or emergency project needs in coordination with clients and partners
  • Ensure projects align with organizational goals and service standards
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or in a comparable role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a high‑demand environment
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software
  • Strong technical understanding of software development and web technologies
  • Exceptional organizational, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to begin employment within the next 30 days
  • Willingness to be available occasionally on weekends as business needs require
  • Ability to support emergency response efforts with partners and clients
  • Successful completion of a background check (required for all employees per company policy)
