Position Summary

The Scheduler 3 leads planning and scheduling efforts for major projects and portfolios. The role requires strong leadership, organizational and time‑management skills, as well as effective communication and client‑service abilities.

Major

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Set up, organize, and develop schedules for individual projects over $100M in magnitude
  • Lead project teams in schedule development
  • Provide formal training to project teams in best practices and planning excellence
  • Support Project Staff in maintaining their schedules
  • Proficiency with at least two schedule applications
  • Manage schedules on multiple projects and different project teams
  • Conduct oneself in accordance with our Guiding Principles and exhibit attributes matching the Way We Work
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent. Related experience may substitute on a one‑to‑one basis
  • 10 years of industry experience
  • Experience with Mission Critical Data Center projects a plus
Working Conditions and Physical Efforts
  • Physically stand, bend, sit for long periods, and squat throughout the day
  • Repeat the same movements frequently
  • Communicate effectively in meetings, video conferences, and phone calls
  • Use hands to type, handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
  • Occasionally lift, pull, or move up to 25 lbs
  • Occasional travel within the metropolitan area and occasionally domestically; must possess a valid driver’s license
