Tulsa Public Schools’ existing salary schedules provide career increment adjustments based on education/experience and/or years of creditable service. For more information about the salary for this specific position please review the Salary Schedule for the corresponding Salary Grade (listed above).

Responsible for the organization, administration, supervision of the school District transportation system consisting of an annual budget of $4.5M and over 240 employees, in addition to over 400 buses and fleet vehicles, while being in accordance with local, state, and federal laws and policies as well as District policies.

• Education
  :
  Bachelors’ Degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Management, other relevant field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of education
• Experience
  :
  Eight (8) years’ experience in Transportation and/or logistics;
  Five (5) years leadership experience;
  School experience preferred
• Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.:
  Possess or ability to obtain and maintain a current CDL;
  Extensive knowledge and understanding of laws, regulations and policies regarding all aspects of school transportation;
  Knowledge of funds management and budgetary skills;
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite;
  Proficient in Spanish preferred
