  • No endless meetings. You'll stay active and engaged; your office is the park, and no two days are the same.
  • Balance hands‑on work with organization by planning out the day, problem‑solving on the fly, and ensuring smooth transitions between shifts.
  • Make a real impact by keeping the park clean, safe, and ready for guests while coordinating with key departments within Tulsa's Gathering Place Park.

  • Ensure proper use and upkeep of custodial tools, supplies, and safety gear. Restock, manage, and track cleaning supplies throughout the park while using our maintenance management software to maintain consistent quality.
  • Operate a wider range of custodial and maintenance equipment, including pressure washers, vacuums, and specialized tools, etc. to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Address unexpected challenges and adjust work plans as needed. Report maintenance issues to leadership and assist with special cleaning projects.
  • Document and relay shift pass‑downs to maintain continuity across the team. Utilize Microsoft Office, Excel, and other web‑based software to track tasks, maintain reports, and coordinate with leadership.
  • Train team members on custodial equipment and best practices, fostering professional growth and ensuring high operational standards.
