Swyft Switch is hiring a dependable and highly detail-oriented Lead Housekeeper / Cleaning Team Member to service short-term rental properties. This is a hands‑on cleaning role with leadership responsibility in the field. You will help maintain high standards, ensure properties are guest‑ready, and support smooth turnover operations.

This position is part‑time and will not typically be 40 hours per week, except during a few peak times per year.

• Typical working hours are 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Must have Sunday availability for some weekends (not every Sunday required)
• Weekday availability preferred
• Hours vary depending on booking volume

• Perform detailed short‑term rental cleanings between guest stays
• Follow a structured cleaning checklist for every property
• Ensure properties are fully guest‑ready (clean, staged, and reset)
• Pay close attention to detail in every room, surface, and setup
• Identify and report damages or missing items
• Send completion photos after each cleaning
• Communicate clearly with the Schedule & Quality Coordinator
• Help uphold consistent quality standards across properties

• Must be available to work some Sundays
• Ability to use basic technology to send photos and communicate
• Must have strong attention to detail and take pride in thorough work
• Ability to carefully follow a detailed checklist
• Dependable, punctual, and accountable
