Salary: $22.07 per hour

General Maintenance Worker (GMW) is not on-call and does not require after-hours emergency response.

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building systems
• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
• Assist Maintenance Mechanics, HVAC Technicians, and senior staff with repairs and installations
• Maintain building interiors and exteriors, including basic grounds upkeep
• Safely operate tools and equipment and follow all OSHA and company safety standards
• Escort vendors and contractors when required
• Complete work orders and report maintenance issues promptly

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and use of hand/power tools
• Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious

• Prior experience in facilities maintenance, custodial support, or trade-related work
• State or trade certifications (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) — encouraged but not required

• 20 hours per week (part-time) Business hours
• Daytime scheduled hours only — no on-call or after-hours work
• Physical role: standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and working indoors/outdoors

Must be able to pass a thorough company and foreign government background check for clearance.
