As a Maintenance Technician Assistant, you will assist others in planning and coordinating maintenance activities for a facility to ensure safe, efficient, and quality work is performed. Cleaning and maintaining building mechanical and electrical rooms, as well as performing various maintenance tasks as needed, are key responsibilities.

• Assist the building technicians with maintenance and repair of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and other related equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Cleans and maintains building mechanical and electrical rooms.
• Re-lamps lights in the building mechanical and electrical rooms; assists light porter with difficult-to-reach lighting.
• Paints in mechanical rooms as needed.
• Assists with restroom maintenance as needed.
• Picks up parts as needed in company vehicle.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Required:
  
  High school diploma/GED and a minimum of six (6) years related experience.

• Demonstrates outstanding organizational/interpersonal skills and prioritizes safety.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Willing to work after hours, on‑call rotations, nights, weekend shifts, and holidays as needed.
• Willing to work flexible and rotating shifts.
