Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours per week) Business Hours

The Kleane Kare Team, Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated General Maintenance Worker (GMW) to support the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional who enjoys solving problems, working with tools, and keeping buildings safe, clean, and operational.

This position is not on‑call and does not require after‑hours emergency response.

As a General Maintenance Worker, you will:

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building systems
• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
• Assist Maintenance Mechanics, HVAC Technicians, and senior staff with repairs and installations
• Maintain building interiors and exteriors, including basic grounds upkeep
• Safely operate tools and equipment and follow all OSHA and company safety standards
• Escort vendors and contractors when required
• Complete work orders and report maintenance issues promptly

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and use of hand/power tools
• Reliable, professional, and safety‑conscious

Preferred (Not Required):

• Prior experience in facilities maintenance, custodial support, or trade‑related work
• State or trade certifications (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) - encouraged but not required

• 20 hours per week (part‑time) Business hours
• Daytime scheduled hours only - no on‑call or after‑hours work
• Physical role: standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and working indoors/outdoors

Must be able to pass a thorough company and foreign government background check for clearance.
