Overview

The incumbent performs maintenance, repair, and upkeep of buildings and grounds, including some skilled work in the building trades.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preventative maintenance, repair, and upkeep of buildings and grounds. Performs general maintenance and repair work and may perform some specialized skilled tasks in the building trades.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience- Level II:
Four years of experience in one or more building trades or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Level I:
Two years of experience in one or more building trades or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background check.
- Willing and able to fulfill job-related travel and must have a valid driver’s license.
- Upon conditional offer, physical examination is required with the ability to occasionally lift/carry 80 pounds, lift to 25 pounds frequently, push/pull up to 40 pounds, and lift/hold overhead up to 40 pounds.

Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health (TCBH) provides a supportive, safe and welcoming environment with integrated therapeutic interventions to promote quality of life. TCBH serves adults with mental health crises, with or without substance use issues, who are medically stable. A new 140,000 square foot, 106-bed hospital (Oklahoma Psychiatric Care Center) is planned to open in 2026 in Tulsa, featuring a 24-hour crisis response Urgent Recovery Center.
