Sr. Supply Chain Analyst

The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting the supply chain process from procurement through payment. This includes administrative support to the Supply Chain Manager and the General Manager, tracking supply chain initiatives and projects, as well as developing & publishing reports, performing analysis and publishing metrics.

Our Facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma manufactures state-of-the-art circuit boards for Aerospace and Defense.

Job Summary
  • Track and publish supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze data and publish trend analysis, sensitivity analysis, Gantt, pie, and bar charts.
  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations from procurement to delivery
  • Track inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
  • Perform supplier communication and expediting
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Develop reports to monitor and track improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with warehouse, finance, and sales teams
  • Maintain & publish metrics such as on‑time PO placement, on‑time supplier delivery, & material efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Understanding of supply chain and inventory management functions
  • Understanding of and experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Net Suite)
  • Strong MS Excel, MS Project and MS PowerPoint skills
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under schedule pressure
  • Experience working in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment
  • Comfortable and effective in presenting to a group
Required Experience and Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or accounting.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
Working Conditions
  • Office-based role with occasional warehouse visits
  • May require coordination across different time zones
  • Standard business hours with occasional extended hours during peak periods
