The attorney will be responsible for a diverse range of workers' compensation matters, including claims analysis, discovery, hearings, negotiations, and settlements. While we prefer candidates with defense experience, we also value transferable plaintiff-side experience.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as an attorney, specifically in workers compensation
- Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Oklahoma
- Exceptional communication, organization, and case management skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
