Civil Litigation Attorney

LaCourse Law is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Civil Litigation Attorney with 2–3 years of litigation experience to join our growing team. • Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis
• Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Work closely with senior attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Oklahoma and in good standing
• 2–3 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
