In‑House Litigation Attorney

Epic is seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team on the Madison, WI campus. Relocation assistance will be provided and the role requires full relocation to the Madison area.

You’ll help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in a rapidly changing industry. You will manage litigation and regulatory matters and counsel Epic on strategic responses to an evolving competitive landscape. Your responsibilities will grow quickly as your skill set develops.

• Draft motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments, lead settlement negotiations, and try cases.
• Evaluate and manage regulatory litigation and competition matters.
• Advise on a broad range of legal risks and provide credible, strategic counsel.

• 3‑7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Full relocation to Madison, WI is required and will be reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination endorsement.
