This role involves representing clients in immigration interviews and court hearings, managing casework, and supervising paralegals. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, a high success rate in Immigration Court, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Represent clients in immigration court hearings and USCIS interviews
• Lead and review cases to ensure effective representation
• Develop and execute strategic advocacy initiatives for immigration cases
• Manage a caseload with efficiency and attention to detail
• Provide training and supervision to Litigation Paralegals
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
• Demonstrated litigation experience in immigration law
• Strong case management skills with the ability to handle multiple cases effectively
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• A passion for advocating on behalf of immigrant communities

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Admission to the Bar in applicable jurisdictions (required)

• Expertise in immigration law and courtroom advocacy
• Proficiency in managing case files and meeting deadlines
