We are an established, boutique law firm looking for an organized and reliable Receptionist/Legal Secretary to be a key part of our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the welcoming face of an office, keeping things running smoothly, and supporting meaningful legal work.
About the Role
As the first point of contact, you will greet clients and visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and help maintain a professional, well-organized office environment. You will play an important role behind the scenes by assisting attorneys with pleadings and legal documents, making daily courthouse runs and organizing legal files. You will also be responsible for entering attorney time into our billing system and preparing and managing outgoing client invoices each month—an essential function that keeps the firm operating efficiently.
We are looking for someone who can juggle multiple priorities with confidence and exercises sound judgment and discretion. This is a full-time, in-person position that offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to be a trusted member of our close-knit team.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors

Qualifications
- 3 years+ of general office experience
- Legal secretary training or experience working in a legal environment
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort answering and transferring phones
- Experience creating documents in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
- Dependability, punctuality, and professionalism
Pay range and compensation package
Salary based on experience ranging from $60,000-$70,000 per year and a full suite of benefits including Paid Time Off, Health Insurance and 401(K).
