A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, People Analytics.
Key Responsibilities Design and manage dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs to support People and Enablement initiatives Examine large HR datasets to identify trends related to hiring, engagement, performance, and retention Collaborate with Business Technology teams to enhance data capabilities and deliver impactful analytics
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 5 years of experience in building dashboards and visualizations in HR or People Analytics Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Thoughtspot, Tableau, or Power BI Hands-on experience with the Workday HCM suite Expert-level skills in analytics and reporting tools, including advanced Excel and Google Sheets
