Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operational support including devices, SaaS administration, access management, and troubleshooting Develop and maintain automation for access provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and support workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering projects and document processes as they are developed
Required Qualifications
Experience with macOS device management and MDM Proficiency in SaaS platform administration and identity provider management Knowledge of SSO, SAML, and SCIM configuration and troubleshooting
Experience with access lifecycle management, including onboarding and offboarding Ability to script and automate processes effectively
