Technical Analyst

* Description
* The Technical Analyst III job family is responsible for delivering superior services acting as a liaison between the line of business and IT with a focus on end user experience such as user interfacing, user flow, data flow, and/or other UI/UX strategies. Using comprehensive expertise, defining and performing analysis, design, programming, planning, implementation, and supporting of some of the most critical systems software and procedures with a focus on our long term technology road map which require technical and systems knowledge.

The Technical Analyst manages plans, organizes, and controls projects which have an organizational impact as well as provides day-to-day support for complex applications systems.
Leads team collaboration to design client-facing application solutions, gathers requirements with stakeholders for reviews and approvals, writes Agile user stories and acceptance criteria, analyzes system dependencies, and supports production deployment, validation, monitoring, and reporting
Experience required:
Experience working in an agile and scrum environment designing custom solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders and scrum teams to solve problems, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and triaging production issues to identify root causes.
Project Scope:
Software upgrades
Epic lifecycle management (from kickoff to implementation)
Security vulnerability remediation
BDW (MySQL) data work
Interface setups and integrations
Skills
-Ability to write Agile stories and estimates, understand files
-Optimal Flows/Use Cases in UI
-SQL- ability to modify SQL and understand scripts
-Test Cases
-User Design sessions - create workflow designs
-Calling API's in Postman or at least understanding the concept

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $78.00/hr.
