10 is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer for our client in the Oil & Gas Industry. This is a 6+Month Contract opportunity located in Tulsa, OK. 74103

Candidates MUST be local to the Tulsa, OK. area.
Candidates MUST be US Citizens or Green Card holders.
No 3rd party Candidates

Rate $65.00 - $70.00

Experience Level:

Senior-level professional with extensive experience in software testing and/or business systems analysis
Demonstrated experience leading testing initiatives and business analysis efforts on medium to complex systems

Industry Exposure:

Enterprise application environments
Regulated or structured business environments preferred (financial services, utilities, healthcare, government, etc.)

Education
Bachelor's degree preferred in:

Business Administration
Computer Science
Management Information Systems (MIS)
Related technical or business field
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience acceptable

Core Responsibilities Experience
Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with most or all of the following:
Leading all aspects of software testing, including:

Test strategy
Test planning
Test standards
Test execution and defect tracking
Designing test procedures to evaluate process efficiency and system integrity
Documenting and executing moderate to complex test cases

Supporting and defining:

Business processes
Functional requirements
Functional and system designs
Creating and maintaining complex SQL queries and reports to support data analysis and decision-making
Performing and leading business analysis tasks on project teams
Introducing system enhancements and procedural improvements
Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Standard business applications, Microsoft Suite and Android experience (would be a bonus).

Technical Skills

Strong candidates typically demonstrate:
Advanced SQL query and data analysis skills

Experience with:

Enterprise systems
Desktop applications and hardware
Systems configuration and evaluation

Strong understanding of:

Software development and testing life cycles
Test planning methodologies and standards
Comfort applying arithmetic and algebraic formulas in computer applications
Experience with Maximo, Pragma

CAD, and experience using Dev Ops (formerly known as TFS) test module.

Leadership & Collaboration Skills

Lead and facilitate workshops, discussions, and meetings to drive outcomes
Organize, coordinate, and track the work of other analysts or testers
