Are you an experienced IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment? We’re looking for a Level II Helpdesk Technician
What You’ll Do- Provide Tier II technical support for multiple client environments (remote & on-site)
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues across desktops, servers, networks, and cloud platforms
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and core networking services
- Document work clearly and collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service
- 5+ years of MSP experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a client-focused environment
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (
