Field Support Analyst

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Field Support Analyst with our commercial real estate client in Tulsa, OK. This is a 4-month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00/hr
; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8am
-5pm (CST)

Resource’s typical working day:

• General desktop support
• Hardware/software support
• Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
• Responding to tickets
• Maintaining office technology
• Front-facing customer service
• Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
• Backend office MS Office Support
• MS Intune
• Active Directory
• Remote management
• Incident Request Management

Must Have

Skills:

• Good technical skills, Good customer service

Nice to have skills:

• Banking or law firm support work
• Experience with Apple iOS
• Adobe Acrobat

Years of

Experience:

• 5 years

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 5 years extra experience

Software skills:

• MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite

Overview of Work Environment:

• Supporting corporate office, work independently, but will have virtual team of support as well
