We are now looking for a talented System Analyst to be part of our dynamic team based at our headquarters in One Island East. The incumbent will be a member of the Information Technology Department to manage the implementation and support of core enterprise applications.

• Participate actively in the design, development, and implementation of HRMS solutions, with a strong focus on SAP Success Factors modules
• Manage data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, and loading of data between legacy systems and SAP Success Factors
• Design and maintain databases, including writing efficient SQL queries to support HRMS functionality
• Support and enhance various HR modules such as employee self-service, payroll, performance, learning, and more
• Facilitate integration and provide ongoing support for HR systems across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective system solutions
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely technical support to ensure smooth operations of HR systems
• Document development processes, system configurations, and user guides thoroughly
• Conduct user training sessions to maximize adoption and proficiency

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 4–5 years of experience in system development and HRMS implementation, with solid programming and database skills
• Proven hands‑on experience in SAP Success Factors configuration, implementation, or support
• Experience in data migration projects from legacy systems to SAP Success Factors or other major HRMS platforms
• Proficiency in database design and SQL query development
• SAP Success Factors certification is a distinct advantage
• Familiarity with other HR-related systems such as Oracle People Soft HRMS is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively at all organizational levels
