We are looking for a Data Science & Analytics Lead to join our Data Analytics & Insights team. Reporting to the Head of Data Analytics & Insights, this role will lead the design and implementation of data analysis – descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive – to address various business challenges across multiple domains, such as retail, office, and finance, etc. It requires translating business needs into effective data analytical solutions, including but not limited to advanced analytics, data science models, etc.,

overseeing the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders to identify analytics opportunities, and ensuring consistent metrics for reporting.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of data analysis – descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive – to solve business challenges across customer and enterprise domains (Retail, Office, Residential, Hotels, Mixed‑Use, Finance, ESG, Projects, etc.).
• Translate business needs into robust data analytical solutions, including but not limited to predictive modeling, segmentation recommendation models, and optimization.
• Champion the use of AI/ML for precision marketing, customer insights, operational efficiency, and strategic decision support.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of data analytic products/ projects: problem framing, data exploration, feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high‑impact analytics needs, business opportunities and communicate actionable insights.
• Facilitate the standardization of measurement metrics and data definitions across business units for consistent analytics and reporting.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and internal consultant for advanced analytics projects.
• Manage analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Social Sciences, Business Administration or similar
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in data science, analytics, or related roles, with a proven track record in leading large‑scale analytics projects.
• Hands‑on expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, data mining, and advanced analytics using Python, R, SQL, or similar tools.
• Experience with cloud‑based analytics platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual skills with a customer‑centric and business‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self‑motivated and capable to work with minimal supervision; ability to work under pressure.
