OpportunityWe offer an exciting career for a Senior Consultant to design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot privileged and secret management solutions across the IAM spectrum.
Key Responsibilities- Support development and implementation of privileged and secret access controls (Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust, Hashi Corp, Delinea).
- Participate in design, requirement gathering, and definition of use cases for privilege and secret management at enterprise level.
- Configure discovery tools and onboarding target systems (Windows, Linux, Unix, databases, Dev Ops solutions).
- Demonstrate knowledge of modern cloud vaults (AWS Secret Manager, Azure Key Vault).
- Assist in vaulting, rotation, and heartbeat policies for human and non‑human identities; enable SSH key and password rotation, dual control, and break‑glass.
- Contribute to governance processes for non‑human identity management and evidence‑based policy development.
- Proven experience integrating, deploying, and configuring PAM and Secret Management technologies (Cyber Ark, Hashi Corp, Beyond Trust, Delinea).
- In‑depth knowledge of privilege access management frameworks and guidance on integration into existing applications.
- Proficiency in enterprise directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP) and MFA/SSO solutions.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent documentation skills and delivery of high‑quality client services within expected time frames.
- Bachelor's degree or graduate degree with 4–6 years (or 2–4 years) of related work experience.
- Experience with PAM architecture and development within Cyber Ark, Hashi Corp, or other PAM solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with Cyber Ark Conjur and Hashi Corp Vault usage.
- Valid driver’s license in the US, willingness and ability to travel.
- Professional certifications in Identity & Access Management (CISSP, CISM) or vendor certifications (Cyber Ark CDE, Hashi Corp Vault Certified).
- Knowledge of cloud‑based IAM solutions and experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with clients and cross‑functional teams.

What We Offer You- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary range $106,800–$194,800 in all geographic locations in the U.S.
