Tech Partners in Tulsa, OK, is recruiting for a Web Designer with strong UX expertise to join an innovative marketing technology team in downtown Tulsa
. This is an on-site opportunity working Monday-Thursday, 9 am-5 pm
, offering that coveted work-life balance with three-day weekends.
My client is building out their technology development team with a next-generation approach to web performance and AI-integrated digital experiences. You'll report directly to the CTO and play a key role in designing websites that are visually compelling, conversion-optimized, and built for the evolving landscape of AI-driven search.
This isn't your typical "make it look pretty" design role — you'll be partnering with developers, product managers, and analysts to create user experiences that deliver measurable business results.
What You'll Be Doing:- Designing responsive website layouts, landing pages, and component libraries with a sharp focus on usability and conversion
- Building scalable design systems and style guides that maintain consistency across digital properties
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps to validate design direction
- Collaborating closely with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Using analytics and UX research to continuously improve design performance
- Applying accessibility standards and modern web best practices to every project
- 4+ years of professional web design experience with proven UX leadership
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS
, and responsive frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.) - Strong grasp of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Experience designing for performance and conversion outcomes
- A portfolio that showcases your UX process, systems thinking, and real impact
- Ability to thrive in agile, cross-functional environments
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and their impact on web experience
- Experience with component-based or headless CMS platforms
- Data visualization and interaction design skills
- Comfort with analytics platforms (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Hub Spot)
Schedule:
- $65,000 - $80,000 depending on experience
- Monday - Thursday, 9am-5pm (yes, really!)
- Downtown Tulsa location (on-site)
