- MS Intune
- Active Directory
- Remote management
- Incident Request Management
Skills:
Good technical skills, Good customer service
Nice to have skills:- Banking or law firm support work
- Experience with Apple iOS
- Adobe Acrobat
Years of
Experience:
5+ years
Bachelor's degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 5 years extra experience
Software skills:MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
