What sets us apart is our ability to deconstruct and understand algorithms. It took us an average of 4 weeks to adapt our strategies to Google algorithm updates compared to the rest of the industry, taking 13 months. We have applied similar principles to LLM Search and built out a new holistic model that makes our clients the recommended brands in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.

We’re looking for a Delivery & Marketing Communications Manager who excels at structuring complex workflows and turning technical SEO/AI information into polished, executive ready client deliverables.

You will be responsible for:

• Translating technical findings into strategic, well-organized deliverables
• Working cross-functionally between technical teams, account management, and clients ensuring smooth connectivity and delivery of client-facing documents and presentations

Your Core KPI is to turn technically dense information into easy-to-understand client-facing deliverables

• Create, refine, and structure high-impact client facing deliverables: strategy decks, performance reports, audits, summaries, and executive notes
• Transform technical SEO/AI insights into clear, concise, compelling narratives clients can easily understand and get excited about
• Maintain brand consistency, visual standards, and a clean narrative flow across all deliverables
• Serve as an organized, confident operational point-of-contact for clients and internal teams
• Understand our clients, anticipate their needs and build out deliverables to fit them
• Collaborate with SEO and AI specialists to verify accuracy and deepen strategic messaging
• Improve templates, formatting systems, and communication workflows.

• 4–7 years of account management, communications management, or consulting deliverable work
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills – especially for technical or data-heavy topics
• Experience working with SEO, digital marketing, or technical teams
• Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables simultaneously
• Able to clarify ambiguity, ask thoughtful questions, and influence cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets), project management tools, and presentation workflows
• Thrives in a fast-paced, remote, globally distributed environment
• High accountability and a proactive, self-directed work ethic

• Experience in SEO, analytics, or technical marketing environments
• Prior work with enterprise clients or multi-team digital projects
• Basic visual communication/design instincts (doesn’t need to be a designer)
• Experience improving internal systems or delivery processes.
